The Peanut Queen
Age? Yeah, unfortunately I do...but it beats the alternative, which is death. Okay, okay...I'm 37. Married? Oh yeah....since 1992. Kids: Yes, three fur-faced canines. We opted for dogs in place of kids so we can lock them in kennels and smack them with newspapers and we won't get arrested for it. Pets: (See Kids above) Three dogs....Rastas (a Rhodesian Ridgeback Cur), Jezebel and Strider (Pit Bulls)...and a Betta fish named Brutus. How long have you been blogging for: Well, my first blog entry was on November 5th, 2004 but no one read me way back then. Hell, even I didn't want to read me way back then. Who/What was your inspiration to start blogging: I guess I wanted something creative to do...something that was my very own...be it thoughts from my head or a rant about my husband or if I'm just looking for some advice. And I tell you what...I've found blogging is THE BEST therapy. Not that I've been in therapy, mind you...but it is incredibly therapeutic! What blog do you read every day: Go check my blogroll. I read them all...at least once a day. They're a bunch of awesome bloggers. What was your favorite post you ever wrote: Sheesh, that's a tough one! I always liked "The Royal Tooth Fairy" (about my husband and me trying to pull his tooth) and "The Long, Gross Flying Placenta Tale" (about my Pit Bull having her puppies in the back seat of my new Tahoe). What do you hope your blog brings to the blogverse: I have no idea! Well, hopefully, I can give some words of encouragement to someone who needs them, can share and commiserate with other people that I may have never come to know if I hadn't been introduced to the blogverse. Oh, and so I can be honored like a Peanut Queen should be honored.....let's not forget that too. :) Your favorites: Movie: Oh I cannot do just one favorite movie...it changes from time to time....I guess the classic "It's a Wonderful Life" is terrific. I also love "A Knight's Tale" too....great music and a hot knight in shining armor...what isn't there to love about that movie??? Band: Evanescence...no question about it. Best band on earth. Place: Big Pine Key...well, damn near ANYWHERE in the Keys actually. And I think I'd would LOVE Costa Rica if I ever got to go. You'd probably have to drag me back to Palace Peanut kicking and screaming. ;) Blog: See my blogroll....every single one of them! Pet Peeve: I guess it would be that my husband is in the construction business and he never ever ever works 40 hours a week....more like 20. I guess I'm just damn jealous...:) Quote: I have two...one for when I'm angry and in traffic: "You're SUCH an asswipe!" and one for when I'm just wanting to be all philosophical: "When I get a little money I buy books; and if any is left, I buy food and clothing." Please feel free to add anything else to the spotlight that you want people to know. I really have no idea how to answer this one...oh wait! I know! I will pay good money for anyone who can give me information leading to the whereabouts of Viggo Mortensen (preferably his name, address, telephone number, daily schedule and the alarm code password to his house). Just kidding...I'm not a psycho. Am not. Am not!!! AM NOT!!! :) And please let me know who you want to nominate: I nominate Greekchickie at http://greekchickie.blogspot.com. Please go visit Stacy, while there leave her a comment and tell her how you found her.

6 Year Med

Danielle www.6yearmed.blogspot.com
Male or Female? Female Age? 21 Married? No, but thanks for the reminder Kids? No, see above Pets? Yes! Phoebe the cat. My roommate and I rescued her from a shelter. When one of us moves away, we are debating who will get custody. I have already claimed every other weekend all all the Jewish Holidays.
How long have you been blogging for? 2 years
Who/What was your inspiration to start blogging? Okay, so this is really horrible, but I was getting SOOOO tired of people asking me, "How's Medical School?" and "What are you studying right now?' that I decided I could just start a web-page that would have all that information on it, so I could just direct people there instead of answering the question 20 times a day. I am not really a people person. Kinda ironic, considering my chosen profession.
What blog do you read everyday? MissingJTSnow.
Why? Because Kelly is real and honest and rarely politically correct. Plus, she updates (usually) everyday
What was your favorite post you ever wrote? Hmm...I liked this one about my first experience cutting on a dead human body: "The First Cut"
What do you hope your blog brings to the blogoverse? I hope that people will read my blog and say, "Hey, doctors are real people. They have families, and lives and cats that do porno flicks. And they make mistakes and have regrets and they laugh and hurt just like I do."
Your Favorites:
- Movie? SNEAKERS
- Band? Caedmon's Call
- Place? My big, fluffy bed
- Pet peeve? It's a tie between e-mail forwards and people who do not know how to order coffee at coffee shops. Seriously people, "Large, vanilla, soy latte." It is not that difficult
- Quote? "We can do no great things; only small things with great love." (Mother Theresa) I want this to be my legacy.

Steve's Nude Memphis Blog
Written by Steve stevenjones.blogspot.com
Male or Female? I prefer females for things like sex and cuddling in sleeping bags. Males are usually better for football and kickboxing though. I'm not keen on kicking a female in the head so much. Plus, if anyone is gonna fight dirty it'll be the female. I'm not keen on that either. A cup can only do so much, and quite frankly it isn't enough.
Age? Too old for MySpace.com and high school girls, apparently. Oh, and hula hoops. Yep, too old for MySpace, high school girls, and hula hoops. And trick or treating. MySpace, high school girls, hula hoops and trick or treating. Other than that, I'm good.
Married? That's what they tell me. There's a woman who sleeps next to me in the bed and she looks familiar. I think it must be my wife. Oh, and I've seen her naked. Tee hee! No, seriously, yes I am. I'm married to the beautiful Mrs Nude Memphis. If you ever want to see Mr Nude Memphis get mean just mess with Mrs Nude Memphis and you won't know what hit you. Well, I guess you will know since I just told you, but if I hadn't told you then by God you wouldn't know what hit you. It was me.
Kids? Not yet. Not that I'm aware of anyway. Do you know something that you're not telling me?
Pets? We have 2 cats. I even created a webpage just for them, but I'm not sure if it's still there.
How long have you been blogging for? Since 2004
Who/What was your inspiration to start blogging? I used to email Patricia Pearson, a former columnist for the National Post in Canada. I'd bug the hell out of her about her articles and somehow we got into a joke-fight. I nicknamed her Natasha the Communist and she called me Teev Squarepants. At one point she gave me her editor's email address and said "you should write." I ran this suggestion by another columnist I liked to email smart-ass comments to, Kathleen Parker, and she agreed that she liked my sense of humor and that I should be a writer. Anyway, everything I wrote and submitted was rejected, so I decided to blog instead. I've somehow moved a long way away from the articles I was writing, but I'm having fun so I keep doing it.
What blog do you read everyday? Stacy the Peanut Queen, Steph the Attention Whore, ... blogger is down right now so I can't check my blogroll. I read a bunch of them every day. A whole bunch of them.
What was your favorite post you ever wrote? No idea. What was your favorite post that I ever wrote? I remember thinking the thing I did about Model Hazing was funny, but most of the photos were linked from other sites and they're gone now, so it's broken.
What do you hope your blog brings to the blogoverse? Me becoming a big star and making lots of money. Yeah, that would be good.
Your Favorites: Movie? Tobacco Road, maybe. Raising Arizona? Bufford's Beach Bunnies? Whatever my favorite is, it's funny. Band? Oh geez, I don't know. I just ordered 3 Kenny Wayne Shepherd CDs. Does this help? Place? The beach! Blog? Oh no, you' re not making me pick one blog a nd piss off all the rest. Not gonna do it! Na Ga Na! Petpeeve? Leaving the seat down. No, just kidding. How about people who park in 2 spaces and then just leave their car that way, as if they're entitled to 2 spaces? I hate those people. I'd key their cars if they weren't all made out of plastic these days. Quote? "How can I miss you if you won't go away?"
Please feel free to add anything else to the spotlight that you want people to know! Um, I have a 14 inch long penis. Yeah, as far as you know.

The Kept Woman
Age: Twenty Twelve Kids: Two adorable girls Pets: Two adroable girls...no, only kidding...no pets
The Kept Woman has been blogging since July 2004 Who/What was your inspiration to start blogging? Initially I started my family site to keep the grandparents abreast (hee hee...I love that word) of what their granddaughter was up to in Texas. Shortly after that I was inspired to start my own site as a place for therapy to save my sanity. And I could swear and talk about boobs without giving my dad a heart attack.
What blog do you read everyday? Way too many. Seriously. It's embarrassing. What was your favorite post you ever wrote? My favorite post ever was a letter (to be used a birth control in the future when she thinks about doing dirty things with boys) to my oldest daughter about how evil she was on a car ride home from her grandparents.Other than that, the Questioning the Paternity post is a pretty good insight as to what my life is like but then again so it the Goldfish Porn so that isn't really saying much. What do you hope your blog brings to the blogoverse? Oh, very important stuff. Mostly it's top secret so I can't reveal it in this interview. The Kept Woman's Favorites:
Movie: Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Band: Jimmy Buffett and DMB Place: St. Thomas and Austin | | | |
